When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Amount Requested
Kindly note that a 2% administrative fee will be automatically added to all payments.
The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 7 days of booking.
Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. If your payment is not received 7 days after the booking date, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.
2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:
• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received before December 22, 2026,, the deposit paid will be refunded via the original method of payment (excluding transaction fees).
• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received from December 23, 2026, you are committed to pay for all the nights initially reserved. The hotel may charge you for all the nights, even in case of no-show or early departure.
Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the Hotel and no refund will apply.
Name changes are without restrictions.
3. Accommodation Invoicing Process
• bnetwork collects deposits for all reservations.
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment, but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your Hotel before departure.

1. Deposit Requested
Kindly note that a 2% administrative fee will be automatically added to all payments.
- A deposit corresponding to 60% of your room block will be requested upfront to confirm your reservation request.
- Before November 23rd, 2026, an additional payment will be requested to reach 100% of your room block. All nights/rooms added from this date will have to be prepaid in full upfront to be confirmed.
Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.
Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. In case the requested deposit is not received at the date scheduled, only the nights/rooms paid will be confirmed to the hotel, the nights/rooms unpaid may be released back into the booking system for resale.
2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:
• From the reservation date until July 29th, 2026, , 100% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty (excluding administrative fees).
• From July 30th, 2026 to September 22nd, 2026, 30% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty (excluding administrative fees). A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.
• From September 23rd, 2026 to November 23rd, 2026, 10% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty (excluding administrative fees). A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.
• From November 24th, 2026 to December 22nd, 2026, 5% of the initial number of rooms reserved per night, per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty (excluding administrative fees). A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.
• From December 23rd, 2026, a 100% penalty fee will be kept for additional night/room cancelled. You are committed to pay for all the nights/rooms reserved.
All rates mentioned have been negotiated on behalf of IMCAS participants and no penalty would be charged at any time should we be in a position to resell your cancelled rooms.
